Technological, economic and moral superiority of TSS

Building the Superstate is divided into 4 phases

Phase 1

SEPIA TSS - Special Economic and Political Independent Area Tri Super State 

A special economically and politically independent area. This will bring together research, applied development and manufacturing companies, for whom a preferential income tax rate of 10% will apply. This income tax rate of 10% will also apply to individuals who are TSS Members. The tax revenues raised will cover all social benefits, healthcare, education, the operation of the administration and maintenance of the independent area, defence, justice and law enforcement services. Tri Super State will have a 10% stake in each legal entity registered in the SEPIA TSS. 

For the lease of an area, the SEPIA TSS will pay a fee of 20% of the value of the tax revenues raised from companies and individuals to the host state providing the territory. TSS will attract capable and wealthy companies to a selected SEPIA area that was not previously the strongest economically or technologically, thereby creating symbiosis between the host state and Tri Super State. 

Where there is a SEPIA TSS, the region will be elevated economically, technologically and morally. 

In the SEPIA TSS, no other direct or indirect taxes will apply. For example VAT, taxes regarding inheritance, gifts, the transfer and ownership of real estate, etc. 

SEPIA TSS will be established worldwide.

To select the areas for the establishment of SEPIA TSS, Tri Super State will organise a selection process.

Phase 2 

Dig on the Moon. 

We will find water there! TSS Moon will build underground factories and research centres. Gold, diamonds, platinum, rhodium, iridium, osmium, palladium, uranium and silver will be mined. We will find new kinds of rare metals. 

We will move the heavy and dangerous chemical industries from Earth to protect the environment on our blue planet. 

We will create completely new supermaterials and efficient manufacturing processes that we never dreamed of before on Earth.

The TSS Moon research and development centres, followed by the Superstate rocket industry, will deploy rocket engines 30 times faster and more efficient. This will shorten the journey time from Earth to Mars to 5 days and from Earth to the Moon to just 30 minutes. TSS spaceships will be 10 times larger than the ones we have now, and their payload will be 2,500 times higher than rockets currently carry. A trip to Mars will cost about what a ticket from Europe to America costs today. 

We will establish a permanent, 24/7 Earth-Moon shuttle for freight and passenger transport.

Tri Super State will build an airport for scheduled, Moon–Mars transportation connections. The journey from Earth to Mars will first be to TSS Moon, then from the Moon to Mars. From Mars, there will be a flight to Earth with a transfer on the Moon.

People working and holding TSS Citizenship on the Moon will not pay any taxes as a TSS Member. On the contrary, they will have huge financial advantages for being on Earth, the Moon and Mars. Their immediate family members will also benefit. The financial income of TSS Members will be 100 times the average of the rest of the world. 

The Moon will become the main industrial, development and research zone of Tri Super State. 

From there, TSS will defend our mother Earth against dangerous comets and asteroids that will arrive in the future with unerring certainty, whether we like it or not.

From the Moon, the inexhaustible mineral wealth of the entire universe will open up to the Superstate.  As a result of the aforementioned, TSS will have endless space to expand, flourish and prevail – economically, technologically and morally.

Phase 3

A better copy of Earth on Mars.

We know the pitfalls of building and flourishing civilisations on Earth. On the basis of the lessons learned on Earth, Tri Super State will build a new civilisation on Mars. 

TSS will solve the lack of space on Earth. All of us simply won't fit on Mother Earth in a while. Not to mention the fact that we will completely drain the Earth of its natural resources and ultimately pollute it so that it becomes unusable. Earth will become a beautiful place to live, to vacation and to work. No pollution and no fighting over space and natural resources. The capacity of Earth, including the use of its seas and oceans, is limited to 60 billion people, at which point life would not be easy and the Earth would cease to be self-sufficient.

Under the leadership of the Superstate, Mars will gradually become a luxurious and comfortable planet to live, work and relax on.

On average, the inhabitants of TSS Mars will live to 120 years. The average value of the property of one inhabitant of the Superstate on Mars will be 1,000 times higher than that on Earth. 

The working week will have only 3 days of 6 hours instead of the traditional 8 hours on Earth. Work will only be done on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The weekend will consist of 4 days. Weekend days will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Wars and local armed conflicts will be prohibited. There won't be time or an appetite for such things. Discovery expeditions will be made from Mars to nearby asteroids, large comets or giant asteroids, and precious natural resources will be mined. 

Thanks to TSS Mars, there will be infinite space for expansion and the victory of mankind throughout the universe. The space between Earth, the Moon and Mars will become a playground for a new dimension and reality for humans as a species. 

A corporate and personal income tax rate of 10% will apply on Mars. There will be no other taxes. Tri Super State will have a 10% stake in each legal entity. Good social benefits, high-quality healthcare and the best schools, from kindergarten to college, will be free. It is one of the priorities of TSS to have healthy and capable people. For those people who don’t want to work too hard and don’t want a career as a goal, there will be a wealth of financial and material support from Tri Super State. Anyone who doesn't want to work won't have to and will still have a great time. In TSS, pensions will be equal to the normal, monthly salary on Mars. In addition, pensioners will enjoy a large number of social benefits and services for free. It will be possible to retire at the age of 48 without placing the citizen at a financial disadvantage.

TSS Mars and adjacent colonies around the planet will comfortably provide capacity for 300 billion people. Humanity will therefore become a superpower throughout our universe and will be prepared for a possible, but not very likely, encounter with an advanced alien civilisation.

Phase 4 

Reconstruction and cleaning of Earth.

Our blue planet will need to be cleansed. All industry and mining will move to the Moon, surrounding planets, giant asteroids and comets that we capture as we conquer the surrounding universe.

TSS Earth will become a super-clean planet where a total of 20 billion people will live in good health, wealth and comfort through the use of the oceans and seas. 

TSS Earth will be the ideal place to vacation and relax.

TSS Earth will be the administrative and financial centre for the entire Tri Super State. 

Wars and armed conflicts will be forbidden and unnecessary. By flourishing in the surrounding universe of Tri Super State, humanity will be captivated by the endless expansion and unlimited growth of wealth.  

Achieving a total population of 300 billion people is a big task for TSS, one which will keep all of us entertained for long enough to not think about war and conflict for the next 1,000 years. 

What will happen in the next 300 years?  We don't know yet. What we do know is that for the next 100 years, we have enough to be getting on with in Tri Super State.
