The Tri Super State Space War Fleet will be tasked with finding hostile alien civilizations and waging war with them. Their mission being to acquire territory, new technologies and new raw materials for Tri Super State.

The attention of all mankind will shift to the conquest of alien worlds. People simply won't have the time or the interest to fight each other. There will be plenty of work and fun to be had elsewhere.

Tri Super State Special Economic Zones will be established around the world for the development and manufacture of space combat technologies. There will be little to no taxation at all on companies holding Tri Super State licenses. The citizens of the Tri Super State themselves will also face little to no taxation.

Each Tri Super State Special Economic Zone will consist of a Tri Super State city of 450,000 inhabitants, an industrial area and a development centre. The residents of the city will be citizens of the Tri Super State.

Once the Tri Super State Space War Fleet has been assembled, I will establish Tri Super State bases on the Moon and Mars. The space bases will be similar to the Tri Super State Special Economic Zones on Earth, but 100 times larger.

Assembly of a capable, advanced and powerful Tri Super State Space War Fleet.

Creation of 300 bases each on the Moon and Mars, including Tri Super State cities for a total of 600,000,000 citizens of the Tri Super State.

Step 5

Discovery and destruction or subjugation of dozens of hostile alien civilizations in our galaxy, the Milky Way. We will seize their territory, technology and raw materials.

Step 6

Tri Super State expansion to other galaxies. The Tri Super State will have a total of 300,000,000,000,000 citizens and 300,000,000,000 huge and prosperous businesses.

Step 7

Tri Super State will be the most powerful state in the universe. It will have achieved its purpose and goal: economic, technological and moral superiority.

Summary:

All 7 steps will take a total of 100 years to complete. In those one hundred years, humanity will advance 1,000 years in terms of technology and morals.

Citizens of the Tri Super State will live an average of 120 years in good health.

The citizens of the Tri Super State will see their personal wealth increase a thousand-fold every 10 years.

To the citizens of the Tri Super State, I will restore pride in belonging to the superior species in space.

Humans will be a capable and advanced species in space and will need to conquer new territories. There won't be time for skirmishes and bloody conflicts.

I will employ mankind in the next 100 years to such an extent that there will be no wars on Earth. The levels of wealth will be unimaginably large, enough for all citizens of the Tri Super State.

I am presenting humanity with a programme that will benefit everyone.
