The value of a Tri Super State Licence continues to grow according to three parameters:

Each new Licence sold increases the price by a specified percentage. The rule of how much the value increases is not fixed. The rate of price increase depends on current demand and the currently available number of Licences for sale.

Why purchase a Tri Super State Licence?

The number of Licences automatically increases over time and each Licence sold increases the price. 

Without a Licence, it is not possible to do business or work in Tri Super State.

At Tri Super State, we do not distinguish legal or natural persons, nor are they employees in the traditional sense. There are only entities that have gainful employment. Whether someone works alone or 1,000 people work for them or they work for an entity for which, say, 100,000 people already work, it makes no difference. Employment for individuals in the traditional sense it is not. Nor does it concern an employer as we know it from the contemporary world.

In the cosmic Tri Super State, there are no kinds of taxes as we know them from the contemporary world. There are neither legal nor natural persons. However, there is an automatically determined 10% ownership interest of Tri Super State in each entity that performs gainful employment and earns income from it. 

As a rule, one person engaged in gainful employment in TSS must hold one TSS Licence for this purpose.

The rules and automatic ownership shares of Tri Super State apply to all regions of the Milky Way. However, this does not apply to planet Earth, where the rules are already set by individual states and international conventions. There may be territorial exceptions due to special economic zones created on planet Earth for the purposes of Tri Super State.

When can I purchase a Licence?

The purchase of a Licence requires possession of Citizenship. The number of Licences held is tied to the number of Citizenships held.

During the time-limited sales window. For security reasons, it is not known in advance how many Licences will be available for sale. It is not known in advance when the time-limited sales window will be announced and how long it will be possible to purchase a Licence. The settings are based on the current security situation and the number of Licences available for sale. 

Can I sell the Licence? 

A Licence can be offered exclusively for sale to interested parties who hold Citizenship through the Tri Super State portal. Both the transfer and the monetary transaction is done securely through the Tri Super State portal. In such cases, the portal charges the seller an administrative fee of 10% of the agreed purchase price. The sale price must always be at least at the official, current value, or higher.

How many Licences can I hold?

The number of Licences held is tied to the number of Citizenships held.

Can a private company or government organisation purchase a Licence?

A Licence can be held by a private company or government organisation if it has Citizenship. The maximum number of Licences is equal to the number of Citizenships held.

As the holder of Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or a Licence, you may incur damages because you will not receive a refund for purchasing Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or a Licence.

Purchasing Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or a Licence does not give the purchaser, owner or seller any claim to any financial, legal or other benefits.

All financial, legal or other benefits accrue to purchasers, owners and sellers only if the Tri Super State project and its CEO Jakub Brandalík are consistently successful and prosperous.

This is an investment risk, whereby it is possible that by purchasing a Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or Licence, the purchaser, owner or seller may not receive any financial, legal or other benefits and it is possible that the investment made in the purchase will not be returned at all financially or otherwise, and the purchaser, owner or seller may lose their money.

Many factors will come into play regarding the success and duration of Tri Super State. It is therefore not possible to promise and legally commit to the success and prosperity of Tri Super State.

By purchasing a Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or Licence, neither Tri Super State s.r.o. nor its CEO Jakub Brandalík has any legal or financial obligation to the purchasers, owners or sellers of the Membership, Citizenship or Licence.

The success of the project depends on the skills and good fortune of Tri Super State CEO Jakub Brandalík and his direct subordinates in Tri Super State.

The Tri Super State project depends on the international approval and support of ordinary people, entrepreneurs, politicians, churches, companies, governments, states, state organisations, non-profit organisations and many others. Success is not guaranteed as human factors and opinions may cause the international Tri Super State project to fail and disappear.

The Tri Super State project may be subject to force majeure or third party interference and therefore, as its CEO and operator, I cannot legally guarantee that all the benefits that accrue to the purchasers, owners and sellers of Tri Super State Membership, Citizenship or a Licence can be fulfilled and satisfied.

This legal arrangement must be in place because there will undoubtedly be certain people and their lawyers or advisers who want to raise money or garner publicity at the expense of the operator of Tri Super State or myself, its CEO, and may sue in court or wrongfully seek other claims.
